Surveys Article: Career Advancement Goals
The next issue of AUGIWORLD magazine focuses on Advancement. Which begs the question, what are YOUR goals for career advancement in 2016?

The largest share of members (37%) replied that they are happy with their current role in their current company. A further 23% are happy with their current company, but, working toward a promotion. Meanwhile, 21% are aiming at changing roles in their current company.
For those looking to make a greater change, 9% of respondents are considering self-employment in the new year. While 6% are looking at changing roles and companies. 4% are hoping for upward mobility with a new employer.
