Advisory Board
The Advisory Board to the AUGI Board of Directors plays a vital role in the vision and direction of the organization. The members are selected based on their unique skills, industry experience, and passion. They bring that expertise to the Board, helping them to understand current industry trends and technologies and how they can be leveraged to help them achieve their goals.
Members of the Advisory Board participate in monthly teleconference meetings, the Annual General Meeting, and any in-person meetings. The Advisors are non-voting ex-officio members and are not considered in a count to achieve a quorum.
